DAB sounds worse than FM January 13th 04 09:49 AM

Nobody Watches BBC3/4 for 55 days

Well, it's just that they have so few viewers that they score zero on the
official ratings scale:

BBC3 though is especially crap.

Body Hits, the shows about how much money some of the celebs have, and
Little Britain (I don't like it myself, but some do) are alright, but what
else is good on BBC3? It's bobbins.

Well I have BBC News24 running several hours a day.
I think BBC4 is a good channel and watch at least weekly.

I watch a great deal of BBC News 24 both on Sky & Freeview, it's especially
good on Sundays when the rest of the BBC thinks that news just doesn't happen!
Why we can't have the news at 6pm on weekends on BBC 1 is a question I can't
find the answer to.
I also enjoy documentaries on BBC 4, but BBC 3 is a waste of space.
Mike.

Interesting that the guardian is actually quite pleasant about the BBC's
digital channels. Amongst all the controversy surrounding the radio rating
figures it just shows that these systems need an overhaul, as they were not
designed to work in a multichannel environment with such a displaced
audience. Problem, is Barb is run by the major channels, now they're not
going to make changes that could show their competitors have an even bigger
market reach than present......

I actually *shock horror* read the link, where BBC News24 is mentioned

The channel with the most zero-rated output was BBC News 24, which recorded
472 hours of "unwatched" programming, although much of it was in the early
hours of the morning.
