Enterprise series 4

Well since someone posted here that Sky may not be airing series 4, I have
gone and got hold of the episodes myself and what a coker the first 2 have
been and I wonder how many Americans viewed the part where the Nazi and
American flag where hoisted up togther on the same flag ploe, with the
Amercan one below the Nazi one, seems Enterprise is getting controversial.

Since Manny Coto became head of the writing staff the series has
improved significantly.

I thought that they had jumped the shark with the first two episodes of the 4th
series but subsequent episodes have been as good as Enterprise has been i.e. V
good.

OK, I give up. What does "jumped the shark" mean? I assume that it's some saying
that I never heard before. On the other hand, if it is somehow specific to an Enterprise
plot and explaining it would be a series 4 spoiler then please don't explain!

It refers to the moment when a TV show goes over the top & then it's downhill
all the way. http://www.jumptheshark.com/ It comes from the episode in Happy
Days when the Fonz jumped a shark while water-skiing. In this reference to
Enterprise I though initially that the producers had lost it totally with their
alien lizard types assisting the Nazis in WWII.

Er, BitTorrent (if you can find a tracker site otherwise get yourself an RSS
feed from IRC ;-). Of course this all wouldn't be necessary if someone would
sort out the contractuals for UK broadcast.

BTW, if you're going to post about shows not yet broadcast, please show some
thought and precede the post with spoiler space.....

Not that I've anything contentious to add, other than the plot arcs in
Enterprise S4 are superb. There have been superb Brent Spiner-based as well
as a terrific Vulcan arcs. See startrek.com for details or, better,
uk.media.tv.sf.startrek. UPN are considering favourably a season 5 given the
very positive reaction to S4...

Hell, yes. Everyone knows that the lizards were working with the CIA.
It was the lizards on the grassy knoll too.

I didn't think that my reference to alien lizard types assisting the Nazis in
WWII was a spoiler as they appeared in the cliffhanger at the end of Series 3.

Get Emule and do a search, get the ones in HDTV format, they are about 350k
per episode.

I assume you mean 350 meg (unless the series 4 episodes are very, very short)?
