Sky+ problem with pause and record
I have an amstrad sky+ box (a few weeks) and twice now I have pressed the
"pause" and a message appears on the screen saying that I cant record, call 0870------ (cant remember the exact message) Pressing record has the same effect. After a full power off and on, everything is OK. Does anyone know the problem? Cheers |

This indicates a hard drive problem. After a full power off and on, everything is OK. Try rebuilding the planner. If that fails try a full system reset. If this has NEVER worked, it could be they have not set your account up
correctly. When first installing, they contact sky to enable the recording function. If it has worked before then this is unlikely. Michael "TS" wrote in message ...
