You beat me to it. WTF is going on? I thought it was a joke at first (he
signed the title sequence quite expressively). The TV listings does not show
this program as signed, nor did the voice-over introduction. This is the
middle of the evening, even BBC2 keep signed programs to late night.

are you talking about signed stuff? I noticed last night when they
tell you what's coming up on tomorrow night's movies that it mentioned
two things, signed and something else to do with subtitles I think,
for two of the movies listed.
