sKY+ HD Upgrade

Hi
I am thinking of upgrading the harddisk on my Sky+ V2 boxe as listed on
hummers page. Can someone tell me if my EPG will report the correct disk
free space or is it correct only on certain capacity disks and if so which.
Thanks in advance
Carlo

As far as I know, disk space reporting now reports correctly.

Yup, since the latest update my 120Gb disk reports correctly instead of in
batches of 33%

I bought a 250GB hard drive today in Lidl (Ireland) for 149 Euro and put it
in and had no problems despite the search time being 8.9ms, did read
somewhere before that if search time was under 7ms it could cause
problems... not 100% sure though.

just thought Id share that

Steven.

Hard to see how a low search time could cause a problem. 7ms is rare
anyway.
