Extended warranty on Digiboxes
I received a letter recently from a firm purporting to offer protection
against breakdown etc. Whilst I naturally lean towards not subscribing to these warranties, I did read some blurb to the effect that even during the first 12 months, not necessarily all repairs come free with a Digibox. Is that true? Furthermore, I was given to believe, that even if not covered by an extended warranty, Sky would fix a digibox for a flat fee (a friend quoted the figure of =A369.00). Is this also true? Clarification would be appreciated. __________________________________________________ _________________ http://www.e2save.com/money4me.php |

If =A369.00 means £65, then yes. This can be reduced by negotiation. -- Digibox problem? : A reboot solves 90% of these.
