What did people think? It came across as a soft porn version of Buffy The
Vampire Slayer (a show I never liked).

I think I like it.

Bit more intelligent than Buffy don't u think,

Probably would seem a bit slow to bods that only like lots of action between
dumbos with two brain cells between them. With the exception of 24, current
sky1 programs are aimed toward teeny boppers or sex maniacs.
Sad, really,

Alan

No sure that Deadwood fits into those criteria. If that's a sign of
the way forward for Sky 1 then it's to be applauded. However, and
there has to be one, what a shame to have a beautifully shot programme
with what must be just about the best opening credits of any programme
on British telly at the moment spoiled by the ******* DOG in the
corner.

Hi,

Most definately aimed at the teen market. I mean the scene with the girl
asking the teacher blablabla"sucking in the country," bit may have miss
quoted, but relly childish stuff. Won't be watching again. Had a good hype
pre-air though.

Nice ideas going on in there, but I presume it was a lack of budget that
meant that the ghost character had no ghost-like characteristics throughout.

Also, what sort of school has "children" who appeared to be in their early
20s?

In consequence it wound up looking rather silly, which was a shame.

I did some extra work for a production company a couple of years ago and
they had similar problems. Pretty much everyone involved in the company was
just out of stage school and I kept thinking they must have been bankrolled
by somebody's Daddy.

By the time it hit the screen, I regretted mentioning to the family that I
was in it.
