Just had a Sky + installation...
 

Hi All,

Judging by the messages on the board and the tone, this must be a
first for SKY...

I decided to finally take the plunge and order SKY+ on Friday the 19th
March at 4pm on the net for the £199 offer (move old box to bedroom,
installation is free). The first installation date it said was
available was Monday 22nd March, so I went for it.

The two engineers (?!? my partner said they must have only been about
12 y.o.!!) turned up at 12pm, just 10 minutes after the postie dropped
off the new card!

Only complaint that I had was that they didn't set up the Plus remote
to my main tv.

I must congratulate SKY for an excellent service! (Mind you, at £50 a
month now, it'd better be good!)

PS. I got an Amstrad Sky + box, is this a first also???
