Opinions on Samsung WS-28M64NS
 

I have the chance of picking up my mum's tv. A widescreen Samsung
WS-28M64NS. My mum has cable rather than Sky so I haven't been able to test
the Auto switching of the pic and screen from 16:9 to 4:3 particularly well.
It will go from 4:3 to 16:9 but not the other way.

My Toshiba does this nicely, therefore I am always viewing in the correct
ratio. The picture isn't quite as nice as the Samsung but I'm not prepared
to lose the auto aspect switching.

I don't want to travel half the length of the country to swap tellies if I
am going to lose this feature. Does anybody out there have any experience
of this model? Does it switch ratios correctly with Sky?
