anyone think the next lucas effort will be better than the first 2?

I agree how could he make something so exiting in his first three so
boring and bland in his last two. then again i was a kid when i first
seen them maybe ive just grown up.

I have seen the script, and it looks a lot darker than the other
films, not surprised really as it will the Anakin turning into Darth
Vader. But looking at the script, it looks like it is going to be

What I hated about episodes 1 & 2 is the over use of CGI graphics.
There was so much of it going on that it became distracting, annoying and
tacky.

The original Star Wars (and I mean _original_ - not the "special edition")
is still my favourite.

The creatures and aliens look a lot more authentic and convincing. CGI is
still rather primative and should only be used as a last resort. IMHO,
Puppets and models and costumes work much better than CGI.
