This is the wrong card...
I've bought an Amstra DRX400 from a mate to replace my aging Grundig box.
I've inserted my card and 99% of my channels work, but when I go to ITV2 I get an error: "This is the wrong card for this set top box". If I phone Sky will they reset it for the box that I have bought? I've been with them for 4 years.... TIA |

Phone Sky and tell them you've changed boxes and need to re-pair your card
with a new (to you) box. It takes a few seconds. "Pacman" wrote in message ... I've bought an Amstra DRX400 from a mate to replace my aging Grundig box. It isn't the question to do with reception, it's to do with having the right card. Premium channels and ITV2 require the right card. -- Digibox problem? : A reboot solves 90% of these.
