This is the wrong card...

I've bought an Amstra DRX400 from a mate to replace my aging Grundig box.
I've inserted my card and 99% of my channels work, but when I go to ITV2 I
get an error: "This is the wrong card for this set top box".

If I phone Sky will they reset it for the box that I have bought? I've been
with them for 4 years....

TIA

being stupid and I can't see it...

Thanks.

Phone Sky and tell them you've changed boxes and need to re-pair your card
with a new (to you) box.

It takes a few seconds.

It isn't the question to do with reception, it's to do with having the
right card. Premium channels and ITV2 require the right card.
