Help with remote viewing device

Can anyone make a recommendation of one of those remote viewing things so I
can watch Sky on the small TV upstairs. It would be nice but not essential
to control it from there as well. I dont want the expense of getting a
second box. We have Sky digital on the family package. Something without
trailing leads would be great.
Links / comments appreciated

Thanks

I have a 'Transwo' system that has IR built into it allowing you to use the
remote aswell. Works pretty well, picture quality is near perfect (which I
didn't expect - figured I would get at least some interferance).

I bought mine from Currys, about £80, but have no use for it anymore if you
want to pick up a bargin?
