Sky+ changing record quality
My Sky+ is the default setup - and was wodnering - can you chahge the
quality of what you record - if so - how and whats the best setting to gte more space. Otherwise I will have to put in a 120gog hdd. Scott |

Sky+ doesn't include an MPEG encoder - it records the digital stream as broadcast. The quality is *exactly* what was broadcast. Many people see this as a feature, not a problem. It's known as the '17 minute' bug. You've posted this before but I've had one dodgy recording on mine (and it was the entire recording not from 17 mins). It's a Maxtor 120 on a V1 box. Is this a V2 thing? |
