I've seen reports of this problem in Digital Spy forums. Does it affect
V1, V2 or both sets of boxes ?

Mine is a V1 box - Model No: 8.0.0, Version 9F2003; OS Version 1.3.0BF; EPG
sky+ 1.26.v2

Alan

Identical model/version etc to mine and I have full access to my previous

If you have Sky+, and the new software, you may want to check that you can
still watch things recorded before 7pm last night.

There is a "Known Bug" according to a Sky+ Technical Services manager (I
have her name), where by LOTS of people will not be able to watch ANYTHING
recorded before last night!

I've lost months of recordings; Sky's solution - just delete them!

Oh, yes, they knew about this before sending the software out - wouldn't

it
have been nice of them to tell us!

Alan

With a TiVo this kind of problem NEVER happens.

It certainly will when TiVo pulls out of the UK!

True, if for no other reason than that a major software/functionality
upgrade for Tivo (in the UK) is NEVER gonna happen!

:-(
