You're right, my choice of wording was wrong - I meant to use
intelligible - damn these hands for typing the wrong words! What I meant
to convey was that it would seem that the recent rumours about $ky
out-sourcing some of their call centre stuff to India would seem to be
correct, based on my experience, at least.

OK, keep this simple: you get the drift. My hands want to type something
else ;-) I couldn't understand the bulk of what the woman was saying to
me - she had three goes at getting my name right, FFS.
