Sopranos & E4 - advice, please!
 

I'm a big fan of the Sopranos and have religiously watched all four
series so far on E4. However, I seem to watch next to nothing on $ky
these days (the third series of Six Feet Under is pretty dire, IMO, and
the latest series of Stargate SG-1 on $ky One seems pretty tired too),
so with that in mind, I plan to cancel my $ky subscription. However,
just before I do, does anyone have any idea as to when series 5 of the
Sopranos is likely to air on E4? I know that if I cancel (assuming that
I can get through to $ky in the first place) it will be easy to
re-subscribe, but as I'll be cancelling my second 'phone line at the
same time (I have two boxes on a mirrored sub. using the second line)
this is pretty much a one-way trip for me.

If series 5 is going to happen soon, I'll leave things as is for now.
The HBO website advises that the fifth series is being filmed and a
sixth will follow (Why? Talk about stretching the format!) but lists no
dates for US airings (that I could see).

I don't mind waiting for the programme to air on C4 but E4 has one
advantage: the Second Chance Sunday, in case you miss something first
time round. C4 only shows programmes like the Sopranos and ER once
(until it has nothing to put in its schedules that is).

Anyone got any ideas?

think. Save yourself =A3100 and cancel now and resubscribe later.=20

i saw them filming the sopranos being filmed at the plaza in nyc, that was
cool. you could cancel your sky sub and introduce yourself to bit torrent and
watch them a day after they get aired in america.
