Signal Quality

Hi, In signal test input 1 quality there is no bar, signal strength is ok and all is well on input 2 with both strength and quality showing as it should, this does not seem to interfere with anything but I was just wondering if this is normal or is there an underlying problem.

Regards SLL

Is this a Sky box? If not, this is wrong news group.
If it is what type is it?
