My Sky+ box is "pending"???
 

I ordered my Sky+ box on th 2nd October with the special £1
installation offer. I have to wait for the special "high installation
team" to contact me to arrange installation. No problem with that as
my dish is on my chimney.

However nearly three weeks later and I haven't heard a thing from Sky
or the Installation team???

Best part is they charged my credit card 2 weeks ago!!!

Thoughts please..........

It could well be that the height teams are so busy in your area where I live
in Fife customers are waiting up to 2 months for the height team. As for
them charging your credit card they would have to have done that for the
first date that you had, Its not there fault that your dish is on your
chimney after all it is only a £1
