Selling my digibox

Having got Sky+ I'm selling the old digibox on Ebay.

Someone has asked "Can i view sky freeview channels with this digibox, I
have a sky dish, but I need a receiver"

What's the answer, do they need a card (where from, how much) or will it
work without?

Thanks

Thanks for such a quicky reply Chris.

Any idea where you can get the FTV cards?

You can't officially get one currently, people do sell them on e-bay
but they are not supposed to as the card remains the property of Sky
and remember that they could be switched off at anytime, especially
the light blue series 1 cards.

Pretty pointless at the moment, since series 1 cards that haven't been
pouted are working again.

They aren't "working again": most never stopped working. The banners
have gone though.
