60 Hz 43.18cm (17 inch) visible screen LCD television, can be used as a TV
or PC monitor.

The LCD 17 represents the optimal combination of a computer monitor and TV
screen, offering a 17" (43.18cm) screen size. With its various connection
types, the screen can be connected to more or less all audio and video
devises, e.g. a set-top box or a PC.

A PC can be connected via an analogue SUB-D or via a digital DVI input. With

Does this actually include a tuner?
Can't see any mention of RF input.
Or can it be used as a TV "screen" by virtue of it's RGB and S-VHS inputs?
