if you press the yellow button (I think) to keep the recording, when you
press the delete button, it will give you a 2nd chance by asking if you are
sure you wish to delete.

NOt at all, if every time you delete you are asked 'do you really want to
delete' then pressing 'select' becomes automatic.

Anyway, this is Sky, so whatever you want will almost certainly be repeated
within the week. The only things (IME) that arent repeated are things you
just noticed finished 10 minutes ago.
