Quick Sky Question II
 

Thanks to all those who helped, but now I am having a couple more probs:


1) After about 20-30 secs the box locks, I have to remove mains to get
anything.

2) The signal is at about 20% but quality is at 75%

Is thers a hard reset button anywhere?

First the signal issues.
The strength is very low, that could be a problem with the alignment of the dish.
It is very critical and a millimetre either way can have a measurable effect on the
efficiency of the dish to collect a signal. The LNB can also be a factor since the
"skew" can be adjusted to match the shape of the dish and improve the reception.
Quality is very good though so that would indicate the cable and tuner are working
well so once you get the strength higher you should be fine.

As for the problem with the digibox itself that's more difficult since I am no
electrical engineer:)
However the GDS200 has a history so that might be relevant.
