Advice on a new setup from the experts please :)
 

Hi, im moving up from a 4 year old 'patched together' surround system to a
new set.

Currently running:

Sony STR DE445
Old Aiwa fronts
Small Wharfdale rears
Yamaha centre
Yamaha Sub.

its been OK for a first attempt, but now the wife wants everyting to match
so I have a bit of budget to play with.

Im looking at the following setup:

Sony STRDB790 or Denon AVR 1804 or Marantz 4400
Mission M33 or M34 fronts
Mission M31 rears
Mission M3C1 centre
Mission M3AS sub

Im not sure about the amp, but the sony seems to get the better reviews. The
room its going in is abot 23 feet by 12 if that makes a difference. Bear in
mind as well that I have young kids so the volume never gets cranked up to
wall-shaking level.
