Sony TV - Green screen with RGB

Hi,

My Sony KV32FX60 shows a screen with a very green tint when I put a RGB
signal through AV1. It does this with both my digibox and xbox with
separate cables so it must be the TV. I guess my Scart socket on the tv is
damaged, does this sound like a big job to fix?

Could be something as simple as ssoldering a dry joint (my Nokia had a
similar problem on the scart).

First though, just in case you haven't done this, did you set the tv
to accept RGB from the scart? Some tvs default to s-video, and you
have to set it to RGB via the tv menu, and do the same with the source
DVD/Sky.

I've set the sources to be Scart - I don't get a problem when using a
standard xbox cable or when my sky box is set to PAL.

There aren't any settings on the tv as far as I know - a friend at work has
the ame tv and he gets rgb without having to change anything - so he says!
