The Time Tunnel TV Series in on Encore Action
 

For those who have Encore Action, The old TV series, the Time Tunnel is
on every Saturday morning at 9 AM, Eastern. I think it is repeated on
Fridays. The sci fi series was on ABC in the mid 60s.

It is a bit campy,but talk about 60's style nostalgia......thanks for
the heads up!

Maybe you guys remember "The Invaders" also.

That was another 60s scifi series.

I think it went something like: the aliens wanted to take over the earth,so
they took over people's bodies and they could only be recognized by a bent
little finger.

Actually it is on Friday, and repeated on Saturday. Also, the
Saturday showing has clean ending credits (no commercial overlay).
Hope they keep that up.

Is this the series that centered around two astronauts that were somehow
thrown back in time and crash land next to a bunch of cave people? If it
isn't does anybody remember what that show was called. The theme song had
the words, "It's about time, it's about space...".etc.

Nope!

That's the theme song to "Lost in Space" another 60s series.

"I'lll never forget it either,because back in Grade 2,we had a joke twist on
it "....it's about time I slapped your face" and before you realized it the
other kid had slapped your face!A dirty little trick indeed! LOL

As I remember it,The Time Tunnel was sort of like Star Gate SG-1,but in this
case you had these 2 guys working for the military and there was this top
secret "time tunnel" that they could go into and "fix problems in some other
time."

LOL. No, Time Tunnel was a serious show. You're thinking of "It's
About Bime" with Imogene Coca.
