Live TV button pulls up the guide
 

I bet you have just been upgraded to version "c" (sorry can't
remember the full string) of the system os. I had this happen the
other day to one of my TIVOs. I somehow fixed it by going to "info"
and then using the down arrow to select the second tuner. I'm pretty
sure that it is what fixed it for me.

That behavior is normal. It'll do that when both tuners are tuned to the
same channel (an event that happens when the unit resets). It gives you the
chance to "select something else" for the second tuner, instead of bouncing
back and forth between two tunders and the same program, which would further
confuse the uninitiated...
