I've read the thread from the start.

You started out OK then hooked a left into paranoia/trollville. The
fact that you don't seem willing to contact JET casts all previous
claims into doubt. It is suspicious that someone who claims to have
made other attempts now doesn't seem willing to accept an offer of
help from someone best suited to help - highly suspicious. And you
wouldn't be the first person to make up claims.

of 3rd party sharing 7 years ago, before "opt out" options were offered.

Yeah, that was obvious. DirecTV, Philips and TiVo weren't offering
the "opt-out" choice 7 years ago. No one was offering "opt-out" because
they were not required by Federal law to do so.

So you've talked to JET and know that then? He has your name and TSN?
You address? After all he needs to be able to uniquely identify you
and your account to find out why *you* received the mail.

It is really simple - if you actually cared you'd contact him.
Period.

If you can't make such a minimal effort it is unreasonable to expect
him to lift a finger.
