I'm using a Hauppauge Nova-T PCI card under XP Home. All the digital channels are excellent in quality except for ITV 1&2, ITV News,Ch 4 and S4C. Signal strength is 100% with 96% quality yet I keep getting break-up on these channels. I'm using the latest software ver 2.15a. Anyone have any ideas...
