where to buy from? by Dave Walker
I had decided on a cheap Beko 28 widescreen for the bedroom, ( see previous posts), but temporarily I hooked up the old Panasonic 20" 4:3, along with the Panasonic e30 and Goodman's freeview. Suddenly everything clicked into place, the Panasonics matched up with each other, the remotes...

Newbie query by bowtiejim
We are receiving no signal from Talcolneston at the moment. Is this a fault with the transmitter of due to interference caused by the present very high pressure? Or is it simply a question of fixing a new aerial? Many thanks in advance Jim

Mast head amps by Fludge
Hi. I posted previously about my aerial/loft dillema. Thanks for all the advice, but as usuall, I think I found more new questions than answers. As I said in my original mail, external mounting of the aerial isn't really an options since my rental contract prohibits knocking holes in the house. ...

Rigger's Diary - my morals in decline by Wrightsaerials
A few days ago I went to a block of flats to start the job of converting the TV system for DTT. The block received four analogue channels from Crosspool, and Channel 5 from Emley Moor. There was no need for the Emley Moor reception because Crosspool is absolutely fine, and since keeping it would...

The term ghosting I refer to is *not* the same as in analogue interference type ghosting, but rather motion blur type "artefacts". This is akin to the ghosting you see when watching fast...

Beko any comments? by Dave Walker
looking for a widescreen TV for the bedroom, Argos have a cheap and reasonably attractive set that will fit nicely, a Beko 28" for £240, with the required RGB scarts. Any comments on Beko or this set in particular ? Another £30 or so would get me a Thomson, but my main set is a 36" Thomson, and...
