Sky+ is it worth it by
Dale Richards
Richard said this:
A sky+ box is effectively a 'computer' and as such has a hard drive, a
fan which is a little noisey and allows you to record some programs
(how many hours???)
With the standard 40GB hard drive you can get approximately 20 hours of
recording time. The actual figure varies...

Another Newb question by
Lee Davison
Ive read the Sky package deals on both the website and leaflets. One thing I
dont see mentioned is if we were to subscribe to the £18.50 deal do we still
recieve all the "lesser" channels. At the moment we have the full pack for
the 1st month, if we drop to the 18.50 pack do we lose only the...

Moving into new house... by
stu
I've moved into a new house and phoned Sky for the £1 install offer (as the
website kept crashing). The Customer Service guy told me that I couldn't get
an installation as the previous owners were Sky customers and had not paid
their bill, so the house is Blacklisted by Sky. I asked the CS guy...

DSat reception problems? by
Hugo Nebula
Is anyone else having problems on digital satellite? For about the
past week the image has been freezing and going pixellated, with
attendant pops and squeaks. It's happening across the transponders
(Sky One & Mix, C5, E4 are the worst stations). Is this a reception
problem, a digibox problem or...
