TCM encrypted by
Chris Vowles
Unfortunately TCM (EPG 327) has encrypted and has become part of the
basic Family Sky Package, I have tried a Free to View card and that
shows the "To subscribe" screen.
I suppose this is not unexpected after Boomerang encrypted last year,
but a real shame (especially as they had added some newer...

Can we have a backwards FAVOURITES button please? by
David Gill
Anyone else a little tired of not having a key that cycles through your
"favourite" channels list in the opposite direction to the blue button? The
yellow button would be the obvious option.
Why can't Sky implement this, I can't believe it's particularly difficult.
Dave.

Maximum Distance from Sky DigiBox to Mini-Dish? by
Robin Smith
Currently my Sky mini-dish is connected to the digibox by a length of
cable approximately 10 metres. As I am having a kitchen extractor fan
fitted where the dish is now, and need to move the dish to accommodate
this. The only other suitable place is another exterior wall which
would require an...

An open message to all of TCM's advertising clients by
Paul Shields
Turner Classic Movies is now a subscription channel. I will not be
paying 20 pounds to watch this channel which is what is required so
any advertisers placing spots on TCM might consider the effect on your
viewing figures of this decision to go subscription by these money
grabbing ****s.
I'm sure...

Sky + - a new feature since DR download? by
www.kernow-telecom.co.uk
Hi guys,
Once upon a time, if you recorded a film on say, Sky Movies 1, then
cancelled your movie sub, you lost access to the channel on the Sky+ hard
disk.
I cancelled the movies a month back and have just noticed that all my films
in the planner still playback, including the ones on FilmFour...

FTV card query by
EDGE
My question is whether you can get two FTV cards for one address - has
anyone tried this ? The simple reason being 2 Sky boxes and wanting to
receive different FTA/FTV in different rooms....
Many people could do this via Freeview + Sky but I cannot receive
Freeview at my postcode.
Cheers
