Series 2 dark blue BBC issued card not working any more by Ian Smith
I've just returned from working abroad for several months and find that my digibox doesn't offer ITV, Channel 4 or 5 any more. Has the card been switched off by Sky now that BBC is free to air, or has it just packed up. If the former will Sky 'energize' it for the free to view channels? Ian Smith

Sky + Version 2 box by Alan
I have been getting "failed " recordings on a number of occasions over the last month as far as I can recall they seem to be recordings from BBC1. The latest one was British isles - a natural history last night at 9pm. I was watching another program at the time but did see the recording light on...

Extended warranty on Digiboxes by The Weary Wizard
I received a letter recently from a firm purporting to offer protection against breakdown etc. Whilst I naturally lean towards not subscribing to these warranties, I did read some blurb to the effect that even during the first 12 months, not necessarily all repairs come free with a Digibox. Is...

I have been recently recording a lot with sky + but find the recording stops before the end of the show. Now I know that's all down to the EPG of channels but my question is. If I change the recoding time at the end of the program in Sky + setup to 5 mins I presume this will help but, my main...

Are they planning to have a nude shower scene in every episode? Interesting way to boost ratings. Also, how come Thelma can eat crisps when she's a ghost? That's just ridiculous. Wont people see a crisp packet levitating around the room?

I see that the 160GB Sky+ box is now on Sky's web site and they're taking orders. Does anybody know of any offers on this box, or do any Sky insiders know of any offers likely to be available in the next month or so? Also, is there any sort of program whereby a friend can get something in return...

At about 6:50am, the Discovery Channel shows a short programme called "8 minutes experts presents..." at 6:50am every morning, I am either at work or still asleep, so I catch the programme very rarely. It never appears on the EPG. Its like a short filler programme. Almost every time I see it,...

Well, after a whole lot of investigation and hassle I finally decided to call up Sky to order Sky+ and guess what, they won't sell it to me! I called up a special number for a £299 Sky+ 160 deal and got as far as giving them my credit card number (I hope they didn't debit it anyway) when the...
